CAN B22 Swing Space (B13 Occupant Temp Space, Permanent Space for Public Safety, Early Childhood Education & Animation Labs)

Design and construction services, new FFE and Instructional Technology to support permanently relocating to CAN Building 22 Digital Media Arts academic program and Public Safety operations from CAN Building 13 and CAN Building 9, respectively; provide swing space to support CAN Building 13 FPP Modernization. Added redesign of mechanical system for the building to address existing deficiencies, end of useful life of existing system, structural, accessibility updates to meet DSA requirements. Initial budget was based on limited RFSOQ documents.
