CAN B9 Ext Envelope Leak Repairs

Description:
Address window leaks by installing heavier gasket at all exterior glazing. Phase 1 Destructive Testing includes Selective Demolition by Saarman Construction, with oversight by ABBAE. Phase 2 Destructive Testing added to investigate areas of Building 9 where water intrusion occured during this past winter rains, i.e. east and south elevations as well as new leaks observed on west and north elevations.
