New Environmental Science Building to house two 56-seat classroom/labs, two 119-seat tiered lecture halls, academic offices, Gallary with view of the sea and coastline, double as event space when not scheduled for academic use and outdoor gathering space. All supporting site work to include roadway realignment and the Gateway hardscape and landscape connecting to the Main Campus.
