Description:
Building 17 will be modernized/renovated to provide additional space for several Learning Communities the College has developed and leveraging use of shared facilities; creating a hub of student services activity. Scope will include interior demolition, interior renovation, mechanical/electrical, finishes, signage and new FF&E.
