DW Video Camera Replacement

Description:
SMCCD currently has 298 indoor and 182 outdoor cameras installed district wide. Over 80% of our cameras are 7-10 years old and are displaying poor quality video as well as experiencing frequent hardware failures or rapidly dying. Replacement of all 480 cameras is highly recommended. The replacement plan should be in a phased approach, 100 - 200 cameras per year which will complete the overall project in two/three years.
