Description:
ITS has deployed CISCO ASA firewall switches at each MPOE and District office. These devices are a key part of the defense of the District data network. The devices currently in use are approaching 10 years of age and soon will reach manufacture end-of-life. New devices will be evaluated, purchased and installed. The current generation of firewall switches offer new functionally, including enhanced protection from virus and malware attacks.
