Library Technology Center (LTC)

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Interior renovation of the Library Technology building to meet new programming needs. Renovation will include expansion of existing Academic Support Centers, Tutoring and Academic Success Center, STEM Cohort Enhanced Learning, Reading & Writing Center, addition of the Math Learning Center, revision of existing LTC and Student Services spaces, addition of new testing lab on second floor. Building Improvements to include electrical, mechanical, and plumbing improvements, new partitions and doors, new finishes and flooring. Replacement the existing fire alarm system and sprinklers throughout the building. Installation of building-wide HVAC control system, audio-visual systems for small meeting rooms and energy efficient lighting throughout. (New HVAC and Roofing are being performed under Quick Start Projects.)
