PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Renovate portions of the Art Dimensional building: new interiors and exteriors, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, seismic upgrade, new roof and windows, added storage, expanded Wi-Fi access points, and smart classrooms. The program that the building supports is heavy into tech with laser scanners, laser printers, CNC machines, digital mills, all computer reliant. Robust power and data are needed for support. Program has potential for job creating enrollment at the college. Two new boilers and pumps were installed recently. (Candidate for additional State Funding)
