PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Replace existing HVAC system with a new, all electric 4-pipe system including new heat pump and chiller as well as improvements to structural supports, and replacement of the building management system controls; Modernization of classrooms and equipment to accommodate the Radiologic Technology, Respiratory Therapy and Emergency Medical Response / Emergency Medical Technician / Paramedic programs. EV charging stations for 4 vehicles will be included.
